3 Quick Tips
Always use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Use a light, fruity coffee works best, we suggest Ethiopia Sidamo or Columbia Huila
Adjust sweetness and or tartness to your preference – Jordan likes to add sparkling water but cold water works just fine

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups (400 grams) granulated sugar
2 cups water
3 cups cold brew coffee concentrate
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups chilled sparkling water
Rum, to taste
Lots of ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and remove from the heat. Let cool.

In a large pitcher, stir together cold brew concentrate, lemon juice, and tonic water. Add half of the cooled sugar syrup and taste. Add some rum, if you want. Add more syrup as desired, or adjust with more sparkling water, lemon juice, or cold brew coffee.

Serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
